ScriptScape is a non-linear pre-visualization workspace designed for motion designers and directors. It provides tools for script parsing, node-based storyboarding, and AI-assisted visual generation.

2. Accounts and Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (accessed via Google OAuth) and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

• Use the Services to generate content that is infringing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

4. Intellectual Property

A. Your Content

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of the scripts, images, and other content you upload ("User Input") and the specific visual outputs generated for your projects ("Generated Content"), subject to the terms of our third-party AI providers.

• License to Us: You grant ScriptScape a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and store your User Input and Generated Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services for you.

B. Our Property

• ScriptScape IP: The Services, including the interface, software, trademarks, and "ScriptScape" brand, are the exclusive property of ScriptScape and its licensors.

5. AI Services Disclaimer

• Accuracy: Our Services utilize artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate. You are responsible for verifying all Generated Content before use.

• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the AI will generate any specific result or that the outputs will be unique to you.

6. Subscription and Payment

• Tiers: We offer Free, Pro, and Team plans.

• Fees: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

• Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice to you.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptScape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. ScriptScape makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Services or the information, content, or materials included therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ScriptScape is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
