ScriptScape utilizes artificial intelligence technologies to provide core features.

• Processing: Your inputs (e.g., scripts, text prompts) are sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or image generation model providers) solely for the purpose of generating the requested output (e.g., story beats, images).

• Data Privacy: We do not use your proprietary User Content (scripts, uploaded assets) to train our general public AI models without your explicit permission.

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you upload and the specific creative outputs generated for your projects, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following situations:

• Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting via Vercel/AWS, AI processing, authentication via Google, analytics).
